It’s a common question I heard around the country when I told stories of moving away from Colorado. “Why would you ever leave?” Dramatic mountain views, breathtaking sunsets, and endless outdoor activities. It’s hard to say why anyone would leave this beautiful part of the country. It took living on both coasts (and a few states between) to solidify my belief that Colorado is my forever home. In 1866, the Lamb family homesteaded a ranch in Cotopaxi, the south-central part of the state. So, you could say my family ties run deep through the land of Colorado and so does my love for the people who call it home.
I grew up in a real estate family. I learned from my dad who owned and operated his own real estate company for over 35 years. I learned the value of how special it is to help people realize their dream of owning property in a place they love.
In my own experience over the years as a realtor, I’ve learned the home buying process is different for everyone. More often than not it can be very arduous. I promise to make my clients as well-informed as possible to lighten overwhelm. I listen, respond, and deliver. I create an experience that will allow you to feel at ease knowing you have chosen the right real estate agent you can trust.
I have a deep appreciation for historical architecture.
I keep close tabs on up-and-coming neighborhoods.
I'm devoted to helping clients feel at ease through the buying/selling process.
Hobbies include skiing, hiking, and creating the best life with my husband and two dogs.
Believes you get what you give!
